After taking on the project, the AUTOBOX project team, leveraging past project implementation experience and requirements, carefully formulated a project plan, conducted comprehensive coordination and communication, ensured resource allocation, and organized internal and external personnel for safety operation training. They ensured that all construction activities met customer standards and efficiently completed the preparatory work before formal implementation.

Facing the four design reviews of the project, the AUTOBOX project team actively prepared materials and optimized verification plans. With pragmatic and excellent technical capabilities and outstanding project management skills, they ensured design quality and consistently received praise from Volvo customers during the design review stage.

Jointly tackle key issues and coordinate resource allocation

The AUTOBOX project team has always adhered to the "customer first" philosophy. By coordinating with multiple domestic distributors and ensuring the timely arrival of purchased parts, they successfully completed the production of 20 new fixtures and the modification of over 200 surrounding equipment units, ensuring on-site equipment integration and meeting milestone requirements.

Facing this challenge, the AUTOBOX project team closely aligned with Volvo's high standards and strict requirements, broke the project transformation record, and ultimately completed the arrival, installation, and no-load operation of all equipment five months ahead of schedule. They smoothly resumed production of Phase 1 and Phase 2 models, achieving zero delays and zero collisions, providing customers with solid and powerful guarantees and strong support.
