The heavy truck relocation project of Liuxin CV Base is based on the relocation and transformation of the main line, adjustment line and air conveyor line welded in the commercial welding workshop of the existing Liuxin Second Base. It realizes the 24JPH welding production of six series commercial vehicle cab assemblies of M3, L3, M51, M7, H5 and T5, and reserves the production of T7B series models. This project is currently a high degree of automation of heavy truck welding line, subdivided into more than 26 types of models, robot automatic preassembly, spot welding, arc welding, robot handling, dual platform flexible total assembly, high-speed rolling machine and other technologies are applied in this project.
