The automatic assembly technology of the outer body covering (four doors, two covers and fender) has been applied to the automobile mass production line in Europe, but it is still blank in China. TJASSET uses the company's existing robot vision guidance technology, fault surface difference matching technology, automatic tightening and torque monitoring technology, robot and AGV car collaborative operating system to create the first fully automated body door cover flexible intelligent assembly system, and launched the first robot automatic installation of door cover and the best matching solution. The assembly system is composed of visual guidance system, flexible robot grab, automatic wrench (with torque monitoring system), optimal visual guidance body break surface difference matching system, AGV car flexible intelligent conveying system, body door cover installation MES (production execution system), big data remote acquisition diagnosis and other subsystems. Can be applied to the maximum annual capacity of 240,000 flexible automatic body assembly line; The production time is 51 seconds/car, and the flexible mixed line production of more than 4 types of products is supported up to a maximum. The number of integrated robots on a single production line is more than 20, and the number of visual systems and automatic tightening systems applied on a single production line is more than 100.

In the production process of automatically installing the door cover, the robot relies on the visual guidance system to complete the material box picking, and completes the work tasks such as the body parts, bolt picking, installation and tightening according to the same principle. In terms of product quality control, the difference matching system of the break difference surface is calculated by taking photos, compared with the standard value of the body completion, output the data difference, and transfer the different data to the manual adjustment line, and display the output on the manual adjustment line for manual fine-tuning reference. At the same time, the system starts the robot positioning calculation, that is, the position relationship between the device and the robot is calculated automatically according to the measured value of three coordinates. The body floor flexible positioning system uses a multi-axis motion controller to control each motion axis of all NC, which can ensure the synchronization of its movement and reduce the work and cycle of importing new products in the late flexible production line.

It is worth mentioning that in June 2020, the "5G+ Intelligent Assembly Joint Laboratory" established by TJASSET and Tianjin Unicom was officially established, and the two sides will further promote the landing of application scenarios such as 5G industrial cloud PLC, 5G visual guidance and quality inspection, 5G AGV intelligent scheduling, and 5G AR remote assistance guidance.
