On July 1, 2021,Tianjin Zhigu · Hagong TJASSET Industrial Park project groundbreaking ceremony was held in Jinnan Economic Development Zone.Tianjin TJASSET Chairman Li Jinghua delivered a speech and announced the official start of construction of the project. Staff representatives from all departments participated in the event.

Hagong TJASSET Industrial Park project, with the support and help of relevant departments of Tianjin, Jinnan District and Jinnan Development Zone, all departments worked quickly and efficiently, completed the signing of the land transfer contract on November 5, 2020, approved the construction permit on June 23, 2021, and completed the approval of the construction of the industrial park as scheduled.

The project is a key construction project in our city, with a total area of 100,000 square meters, a green area of 20,000 square meters, and a total construction area of 54,000 square meters. A total of ten individual buildings, by the administrative office building, service center, R & D center, five workshops, two staff dormitory composition, is expected to complete construction in two years.
