TJASSET won the bid this time, and will create a safe and reliable automotive intelligent assembly solution for the industry, which reduces costs, saves time, improves accuracy and facilitates quality control. For enterprises to solve the cost burden brought by manual assembly, and poor product consistency and other problems, while breaking the current situation of the industry by foreign monopoly. In this project, TJASSET automotive intelligent assembly solution integrates 5G, AI, big data platform and other advanced technologies. Compared with traditional technology routes, it has the following advantages:
· The new multi-light laser vision sensor can measure the edges of the edges at the same time, and accurately calculate the position and direction of the edges in the three-dimensional space.
· The latest OCCP matching algorithm can match and fit all the measured data at the same time, calculate the best assembly position of the door relative to the door frame, and output the compensation to the robot system.
· The latest screw hole measurement technology can simultaneously measure the position of the screw hole and the axial direction to ensure the screw direction when the robot screws the bolt;
· The deep integration of vision technology completes the accurate positioning of the body, door, door hinge mounting holes and the accurate measurement of the body door frame. Through the analysis of the measurement results and the use of the difference surface difference matching technology, the best assembly position is calculated, the door is accurately positioned and assembled, and the entire assembly process is 100% automated.

For the six typical application scenarios of 5G enabled intelligent assembly, in 2020, TJASSET and Tianjin Unicom will jointly build the "5G+ Intelligent Assembly Joint Laboratory". Among them: 5G+ visual guidance and quality inspection scenario, 5G+ mobile robot application, 5G+ predictive maintenance application scenario, and 5G+AR remote assistance application scenario four scenarios have been successively landed in the actual project, the next stage will further explore 5G+3D digital scanning and cloud PLC application in the production line.
